Each restaurant is different and with that in mind our appointed reservations manager for your venue will work closely with your management team to understand the standards of service and the flow of reservations.
When we onboard a new client, the designated team of reservations agents will be given full training on the new venue. This includes working shifts on the restaurant floor, trying the food and studying any training material provided by the client - on the venue and the company.
Every week we will be sending to your management team a report on calls and emails. Your team will also have access to the email inbox, where they can track the progression of our replies. Call recordings can also be provided so you may check on the service standards over the phone.
No. Our team is trained to answer calls just like your FOH team would. We will not disclose our location.

We are currently based in Central London, where the majority of our clients are also based. As our service is bespoke to each restaurant, we like to be in close range so we can visit your team at any time.
No. Unless we are managing bookings from a company with multi-outlets, we will not provide guests’ details or data from one company to another.
We have a team of designers supplied by one of our trusted partners that will assist you with the design for menus, business cards, logos etc. This service is available at no extra cost to you.
Before sending any wording to design we will be working with one of our trusted partners so that the documents can be professionally proofread. This service is available at no extra cost to you.
As part of our service, we include two photography sessions per year, which can include any material you may want with no extra cost to you.
Examples include: venue shots, events and private dining setup, special menus for Christmas or New Year’s Eve or extra material to be shared in the future on your social media platforms. There’s a lot that we can do if we plan it in advance.
